Template Creation
Our digital template team carefully designs your work surfaces using a laser, which is then fed into our CNC machine. This clever bit of kit works out the best way to cut your worktops with minimal waste.
Stone Cutting
Our CNC machine is one of the best in the industry. Its precision is second to none, giving us a clean, accurate cut every single time. The perfect foundation for your new worktops.
Shaping & Cut-outs
Once your slabs are cut to size, we get to work on the details. Whether it’s sink cut outs, drainer grooves, or plug socket holes, we shape your worktops to fit your space.
Edge & Surface Polish
This is where your worktops really start to shine. From the simple Aris edge to the bold Ogee Edge, we shape your chosen style and polish the stone until it sparkles like new.
Quality Check
Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every piece goes through strict checks at different stages of fabrication. If something’s not right, we put it aside and start again, because we want your worktops to be nothing short of perfect.
Installation Day
Once your worktops have passed every check, they’re carefully loaded into our vans and brought straight to you. Our fitting team will then install them in your home, bringing the whole process together for that final WOW moment.
